Highlights
I'm hiring an Employee Comms Lead for Ramp and could use everyone's help!
Req here: https://lnkd.in/gXfpx4sX
Tried to get to the crux of it in the req but some more details also below. Comms is a transferable skill, so people with experience in employee/internal comms, exec comms (particularly for a technical exec), or external (corp + product/tech) could all be a great fit. If you know amazing folks please share! I'll try to get to LI messages as well but the surest way to be seen is to apply via our careers site.
Appreciate the support!!
Vibes
- Eng/product-oriented. You jive with the types of folks who are technical, motivated by hard problems, and want real speak / cringe at words that end in -ize.
- Creative in a first-principles way. Best practices are great, but how should those be applied to what would work for Ramp? You aren't afraid to experiment and actively seek out new tools to make comms easier and more effective.
- Scrappy and super IC at heart. You have the belief that getting something done today is better than tomorrow. You get energy from doing, not delegating. You're a builder and enjoy the craft of comms.
Skills
- Good writing skills is # 1. If you listen to "How I Write," that's an excellent sign.
- Proficiency in Figma, Keynote, Canva, and other design tools is a massive plus.
Logistics
- Needs to be based in the great NYC metro area.
