🚰🚰🚰 Keep the well full🚰🚰🚰

Why? Because you can't produce interesting, insightful, and resonant work without a constant, diverse stream of inputs.
That's true whether you're building a brand, creating a marketing campaign, or looking to score a repeat invite to a particularly good dinner party circuit. (Seriously, don't ChatGPT your way through any of those.)
Looking to replenish your inspiration well as summer winds down?
A mix of recent finds and repeat reads, here are some of my current favorites: 📚 Awe by Dacher Keltner 📚 The Creative Act by Rick Rubin 📚 For the Culture by Dr. Marcus Collins 📚 Joyful by Ingrid Fetell Lee 📚 Sensemaking by Christian Madsbjerg 📚 Alchemy by Rory Sutherland 📚 The Business of Aspiration by Ana Andjelic 📚 Override! by Anne Stark Ditmeyer 📚 The Secret Lives of Color by Kassia St Clair

"It's already mid-August?!" (Hands up if something like this came out of your mouth within the past week 🙋.)
You're not alone. Lots of brand leaders – including some of my latest clients – have been saying it, too.
The conversations I'm having often start one of these two ways...
1️⃣ "It's already August... 🫠 This is hardly the strong foundation we had in mind with Q4 right around the corner. We've got to light up the Bat-Signal NOW if we're going to achieve our goals for this year." 2️⃣ "It's ALREADY August?!?! 🧯 Our next collection is about to launch and our marketing engine can hardly keep up – much less innovate. (Plus, the early 2025 collection is right on our heels.) We need someone who can offer some relief and on-brand creativity ASAP."
"August?!" can be a time of panic – especially if you've got big growth ambitions without a huge team and/or product collections that just keep coming even though they could use some marketing-minded creativity and omnichannel storytelling support.
If this sounds familiar, I've designed these offerings to help. 👇
1️⃣ The Intensive Session
Recently, an award-winning interior designer came to me needing high-impact results – STAT. Her business had shifted (including a new e-commerce arm!) and her website messaging no longer reflected where she was headed.
Thankfully, the stars aligned. Within 36 hours of her "Bat-Signal" outreach, we launched fresh web copy, drafted new Instagram bios, and hatched plans for a new quiz feature that would tie her marketing channels together in a way that'll drive revenue AND engagement in the long run.
2️⃣ The Seasonal Brand Playbook
Brand clarity requires consistency. But brand relevance requires taking your crystal-clear point of view and matching it to the moment. When you're "always on" or in the weeds, finding fresh ways to express familiar ideas can feel altogether impossible.
So, I created a fun, guided exercise that puts your customers, your business goals, and the season's trends and events all in one place – in only 90 minutes. From there, I'm giving clients ready-to-use language, editorial themes, content plans, templates, and more to help them tell an exciting story all season long.
➡️ There's something about this time of year. It's a season when brands often need to dial in and hone their foundations or get out of the weeds and turn up the volume. And either way, they need it done NOW.
In August (and "August?!"), I've got 2 client spots remaining for Intensive Sessions and/or Seasonal Brand Playbooks. If your brand needs a high-impact fix your team can implement immediately, send me a DM.
