During her tenure as the second employee at Uber in Sub-Saharan Africa, Lindsey played a pivotal role in the company's remarkable growth, aiding in scaling operations from inception to facilitating millions of weekly trips, generating over $500 million in gross bookings annually. Her contributions led to the recruitment of millions of riders and the onboarding of over 60,000 active drivers.

Lindsey Elkin's enthusiasm for fostering collaboration amongst diverse talents worldwide is evident in her commitment to assembling bright minds from various backgrounds to address complex challenges while fostering a positive and enjoyable work environment.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Human & Organisational Development with double minors in Corporate Strategy & Communications from Vanderbilt University. Lindsey has also been actively involved in various organizations, including co-founding Yayem, serving as a board member at Flexyforce, mentoring at MEST Africa, advising self-employed individuals, and holding key marketing positions at Uber in Sub-Saharan Africa, South Africa, and Cape Town. Additionally, she has contributed as a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar with Rotary International and gained experience as a production intern at NBC Dateline.
