Lisa LaDue is an astute and focused leader with a rich history of providing compassionate and results-driven solutions in the human services and disaster response sectors.

She holds a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) degree from the University of Iowa and is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in both Colorado and Texas.

Lisa has held various key roles in esteemed organizations such as being the Chief Resilience Officer at Team Rubicon, the Owner of Lion Path International, and the Supervisory Mental Health Specialist at NDMS Victim Information Center Team.

Her expertise spans program development, training, and direct services in crisis and disaster management, psychological trauma, and Mass Fatalities Management.

With a diverse background, she has also worked in capacities like Disaster Mental Health Volunteer at the American Red Cross, MHPSS Program Manager at Americares, and Adjunct Faculty at the Somatic Experiencing® Trauma Institute.

Lisa has contributed significantly to academia as well, serving as a Lecturer at the University of Denver in the International Disaster Psychology Program and as the Assistant Director for Field Education at the School of Social Work at Colorado State University.

Her broad skill set includes roles such as Disaster and Internship Program Coordinator at Mental Health Partners, Volunteer Firefighter and Crisis Management Specialist at Glacier View Fire Protection District, and Consultant for various organizations including the State of Arizona and Santa Clara County.

Additionally, Lisa has been involved in emergency preparedness consultancy at the Iowa Department of Public Health and served as a Trauma Outreach team member at the Foundation for Human Enrichment.
