Formerly, Lisa has served in executive positions at companies like Calyptia Inc., Vantage Robotics, Zededa Inc., and Treasure Data, where she played vital roles in global operations, human resources, talent acquisition, and organizational design.

Additionally, she founded Las HR Consulting and Executive Coaching and has experience in project and program management, compensation, and total rewards programs.
