Lisabeth Meyers, with a rich background in development work spanning over three decades, has been extensively involved in projects in Southeast Asia and East and Southern Africa.

Having retired as a Lead Operations Officer (Health) from the World Bank's East Asia and Pacific Region, Lisabeth Meyers now operates as an independent health and development consultant, bringing a wealth of experience to his current role.

Lisabeth Meyers has collaborated with prominent organizations such as the Asian Development Bank, AusAid, the World Bank, WHO, and numerous countries and research institutions in the Asia Pacific region to establish a regional observatory on health systems and policies. His contributions in drafting background documents and participating in stakeholder consultations were pivotal in the founding of the Asia Pacific Observatory on Health Systems and Policies in June 2012.

Educationally, Lisabeth Meyers pursued a Ph.D. in Development Sociology at Cornell University, further solidifying his expertise in the field.

With a professional journey that includes roles as an Independent Consultant, Lead Operations Officer at The World Bank, Research Advisor at USAID, Field Advisor at Harvard Institute for International Development, and Consultant at Various Agencies, Lisabeth Meyers has acquired a diverse skill set and knowledge base that has shaped his successful career in health and development consultancy.
