Liz Griggs is a prominent female executive and private equity-backed CEO recognized for her role in founding and developing One Call Medical, a leading company in the industry, which was later acquired for $2.3 billion by a major private equity firm and now under the ownership of Blackstone & KKR.

With a background in executive leadership, operations, strategy, and private equity, Liz brings her expertise to businesses primarily in the energy, infrastructure, and healthcare sectors.

She has played a pivotal role in establishing the largest Workers' Comp ancillary care company, boasting impressive revenue of over $1.5 billion and Ebitda exceeding $200 million. Additionally, Liz served as Chairman & CEO of WorkWell Prevention & Care, demonstrating her influence in corporate healthcare and insurance domains.

Beginning her career at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ) in investment banking, Liz advised on a variety of public and private growth company securities. Prior to this, she held positions in corporate lending at Bank of Boston and Maryland National Bank.

Currently serving as the Managing Partner & CEO of Grantchester Group, Liz has assembled a high-performing team of successful CEOs and Senior Executives with a strong track record in developing highly profitable companies valued between $200 million and $2.3 billion.

Under the Grantchester Group, Liz and her team are active impact and ESG investors, focusing on industries like Electrification, Energy storage, infrastructure, Telehealth, and AI-related platforms. They drive improvements in portfolio companies through technological applications, innovative products, sales growth, and enhanced operational efficiency.

Teaming up with C Change Group, the Grantchester Group aims to be a prominent global leader in impact investing, offering their portfolio companies top-notch capital and strategic partnerships. Liz is recognized as an E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year finalist and holds positions on the MIT Martin Trust BOD and various other Board of Directors. She is a strong advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion within the private equity sector.

Liz Griggs pursued her education in Business Administration and Management at Harvard Business School and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Delaware.

Throughout her career, Liz held key positions in notable organizations such as Co-Chairman of the Board at Maxwell Technologies Korea Co., Ltd., Managing Partner & CEO at Grantchester Group, Board of Advisors at MIT Sloan School of Management, Chairman and CEO at WorkWell Prevention & Care, Chairman, CEO & Co-Founder at One Call Care Management (formerly MSC Care Management), and she was part of the Institutional Equities division at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette.
