Liz Harris is a prominent figure in the healthcare industry, currently serving as the Clinical Lead for the NHS Retention Programme in the Ambulance sector.

With a solid educational background, Liz holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care from the University of Bradford.

Further enhancing her qualifications, she also completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Service Improvement at Manchester Business School.

Her academic journey includes a Foundation degree in Paramedic Science from the University of Teesside and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Health Studies from The Open University.

Having a wealth of experience, Liz has held various key positions in esteemed organizations. She was the Head of Professional Standards at the College of Paramedics, the British Paramedic Association.

Earlier in her career, Liz served as an Associate Lecturer at Sheffield Hallam University and contributed as a Paramedic at the Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust.

Her tenure at the College of Paramedics also saw her position as an Executive Officer, where she played a crucial role in shaping the paramedic profession.

Furthermore, Liz served as the Clinical Development Manager at the Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust, showcasing her expertise in healthcare management.

She also engaged in a Clinical Leadership Fellowship at The King's Fund, solidifying her understanding of leadership in the healthcare landscape.

Liz's experience includes a role as a Clinical Pathways Advisor and Clinical Team Educator at the Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust, highlighting her diverse skill set and knowledge in the field.
