Liz Parissenti

Liz Parissenti holds a M.S. and a B.S. in Earth Systems from Stanford University. She has a diverse background with experience in various organizations and roles.

Currently, Liz serves as a Program Officer at Resources Legacy Fund. Prior to her current role, she held the position of Program Manager within the same organization.

Previously, Liz worked as an Engagement Specialist at Strategic Earth Consulting and as a US Program Manager and U.S. Program Coordinator at OneReef. She also served as a Sea Grant Fellow at California Ocean Protection Council.

Liz's experience extends to roles such as Divemaster at Wicked Diving, Research Intern at Ocean Champions, Intern at West Coast Region National Marine Sanctuary at NOAA, and Coral Reef Conservation Program Intern at NOAA.

Furthermore, Liz has a research background, having been a Researcher under William Gilly at Stanford University's Hopkins Marine Station and under Tadashi Fukami in Stanford University's Biology Department. She also has experience as a Student Manager and Tour Guide at Stanford University.
