Highlights
I had the opportunity to spend the last month with a fantastic group of NC State Poole College of Management students in Adelaide, Australia, teaching them about innovation at University of Adelaide.
Talk about high-impact experiences! These students got the chance to engage in both corporate and cultural visits. They learned the game of footy and tried their hand at the game (very tough!), fed kangaroos, visited one of the largest wine distributors in the southern hemisphere, heard from local business leaders, and drank a year’s worth of delicious coffee. It was an amazing month of learning for all of us.
I feel really fortunate to get the chance to work with such a wonderful group of people. Faith Williams, Zeb Scott, Connor Osberg, Akhil Mitta, Harper Martin, Ethan Knodel, Jamie Keener, Rex Hunter, Catherine Goodall, Evelyn Garey, Sydney Felton, Ethan Evans, Victor Castilho, Haleema Begum, and Edward Barnhill, you all really embraced the study abroad experience!
Thank you to our fantastic partners Tania Turner, Jacqueline Stockley, Noel Lindsay, Lorraine Caruso, Leah L. for making this another memorable year. You go above and beyond to find the best opportunities for us.
Thank you to Olivia Slack, Katelyn Brown-Gomez, Robert Sandruck, and Tyler Wiersma for all you did to make this a meaningful program. Thanks to Haley Huie for being a wonderful colleague and partner on this trip.

I spent the last month with 18 amazing North Carolina State University students at the University of Adelaide teaching their class on Innovation and Entrepreneurship with Chris Littel. We met wonderful entrepreneurs and learned from the business practices of companies like Treasury Wine Estates and Glenelg Football Club.
These programs wouldn’t be possible without great local partners. Thank you to Jacqueline Stockley, Tania Turner, Lorraine Caruso, Noel Lindsay and the team at the University of Adelaide.
Travel is one of the best ways of learning!
