Under her guidance, the department grew to become the second-largest frontline team at NMH, contributing significantly to the institution's fundraising goals. Liza's tenure at NMH was recognized with a CASE Platinum Award in 2016, celebrating her and her team's innovative fundraising approach and successes during the Founders’ Challenge, an initiative that significantly increased engagement and donor participation among alumni and parents.
