Lloyd Tucker is an innovative, inspiring, and results-driven public manager with over 15 years of experience in human service system management. With a diverse background in human service agencies, Lloyd has worked with populations including individuals dealing with substance abuse, mental health issues, homelessness, disabilities, children, youth, senior adults, and families from various cultural backgrounds. His roles have included providing vocational rehabilitation, counseling, case management, recreation management, and access to basic needs while building community leadership capacity.

Lloyd Tucker is a Certified Public Manager from The George Washington University Center for Excellence in Public Leadership. He holds a Master's Degree in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University, a Master's Degree in Counseling from Hampton University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Therapeutic Recreation/Recreational Therapy from Hampton University.

In his professional journey, Lloyd has held key positions including Division Director and formerly Regional Manager, Regional Community Developer, Regional Services Manager, and Therapeutic Recreation Program Manager at Fairfax County Government. Prior to this, he served as a Rehabilitation Counselor at the Virginia Department Of Rehabilitative Services and as a Personnel Management Specialist in the U.S. Army Reserve.
