Lochan Shah is a highly motivated professional with a keen interest in the convergence of cardiovascular disease and technology. He holds a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree in Medicine from The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and has also pursued studies at the University of California, Berkeley.

Currently, Lochan Shah serves as an Internal Medicine Resident at Johns Hopkins Medicine. He brings a wealth of experience from his diverse professional background, having been involved in various capacities such as research, teaching, writing, and advocacy in reputable organizations like Corrie Health, MiCORE Study, Kossoff Research Group, and MedHacks.

His past roles include serving as a Judge at MedHacks, engaging in research activities at Overby Laboratory and the Zoncu Lab at UC Berkeley, and contributing as a Writer at Biomedical Odyssey at Johns Hopkins Medicine. Lochan has also demonstrated his commitment to causes beyond healthcare by working as a Teacher at Habitat for Humanity East Bay, participating in initiatives like AmeriCorps, and founding his venture, Picknic.

Throughout his educational and professional journey, Lochan Shah has showcased his dedication to academia and research by undertaking various roles such as Research Assistant, Project Coordinator, and Student Teacher in different institutions.
