Lorraine Charles is a social entrepreneur and researcher with expertise in political economy, development, education, and refugee issues. She served as Digital Solutions Specialist at Finn Church Aid from August 2022 to August 2024.2 Charles is the co-founder and executive director of Na'amal, a social enterprise that provides skills training, mentorship, and connections to the private sector to support refugees and other vulnerable populations in accessing dignified livelihoods, particularly remote work.1
