Lorraine Hariton is the CEO of Catalyst, focusing on advancing women in the workplace by collaborating with CEOs of major corporations.

With a rich background, she spent 25 years in Silicon Valley, held leadership roles in startups, and served as the Special Representative for Commercial and Business Affairs at the US Department of State during the Obama administration.

Currently, she is the SVP for Global Partnerships at the New York Academy of Sciences, where she played a key role in establishing the Global STEM Alliance.

Her expertise spans across technology sectors such as cloud computing, telecommunications, IoT, retail POS, music technology, speech recognition, and cybersecurity.

Lorraine's professional strengths also include entrepreneurship, enterprise sales and marketing, global board service, business strategies, diversity and inclusion initiatives, government relations, STEM education, and digital transformation.

She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Mathematical Sciences from Stanford University.

Lorraine Hariton is actively involved in various boards, including Quotient Technologies (NYSE: QOUT), and has a track record of service on public, private, nonprofit, and government boards.

Beyond her work accomplishments, she enjoys cycling, tennis, outdoor activities, and international travel.

She resides in New York City and is the proud mother of two grown children.
