Additionally, he pursued a Baccalauréat in Economics, social science, history, and mathematics at College-Lycee La Tour, achieving a remarkable 'Mention tres bien' with an average of 16.4/20.

Throughout his career, Louca has held various roles in prestigious organizations, showcasing his talents and skills. He has worked as an Intern at Ministère de l'Éducation nationale et de la Jeunesse, Panelist in international security at the Québec Undergraduate Security Conference, Talent Relations Coordinator at CASCO McGill, Co-président of the McGill Chapter at One for the World, Student Ambassador at Desautels African Business Initiative (DABI), Director of Student Ambassadors of the McGill chapter at One for the World, and Orientation leader at McGill University's Desautels Faculty of Management, among other roles.
