Louis Bremer is a seasoned professional with over twenty years of experience in defense and national security investments, focusing on the U.S. and emerging markets.

After graduating from the United States Air Force Academy in 1992, he served as a Naval Special Warfare (SEAL) officer in the U.S. Navy for eight years, including operational tours at SEAL Team 3 and SEAL Team 8.

Mr. Bremer was a member of the 2007-2008 Class of White House Fellows and served on the Homeland Security Council staff in the Executive Office of the President, contributing to the 2007 National Strategy for Homeland Security.

He holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and is associated with prestigious organizations like the Council on Foreign Relations and Business Executives for National Security.

As a Co-Founder and former Director of the Navy SEAL Foundation, he has remained dedicated to community service and has been involved with various philanthropic endeavors, such as the Human Needs Project.

Currently serving as a Managing Director at Cerberus Capital Management, Mr. Bremer focuses on investments in companies utilizing advanced technologies for U.S. national security enhancement.

His career spans across various prominent organizations such as Bain Capital, Morgan Stanley, and JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he held key positions in finance and management.

Mr. Bremer's contributions extend to the academic realm as well, having been a senior adviser to The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University from 2013-2018.

With a rich background in both military and civilian sectors, Louis Bremer is a respected figure in defense investments, national security, and community service.
