So delighted to have been inspired by Otto Scharmer, Vicki Saunders (She/Her), Rocio Velarde , Carolyn Taylor, Anuradha Chugh and so many more at the B For Good Leaders conference.

A special thanks Marcello Palazzi and team for hosting us but most of all to my daughter for holding the fort and despite a gruelling 10 hour working day loving and caring for other people’s babies and toddlers, walking our dog every day come rain (or more rain) while I was away.

Amd, as we tip into a holiday weekend here in the U.K. I am reminded of the ongoing invitation (and challenge) and value of creating balance in our lives by software engineer David Clarke statement:

"20 years from now, the only people who will remember that you worked late are your kids."

Wishing you all the opportunity to creat a regenerative space for yourself and your loved ones this weekend!
