Lowell Foster served as the Director of Global Innovation and Engineering at the General Aviation Manufacturers Association (GAMA) from May 2019 to February 2022.2 In this role, he was responsible for developing new paths for integrating emerging general aviation technologies and assessing technological shifts that require changes in how general aviation aircraft are designed, manufactured, maintained, and operated.1
