Furthermore, Lucas has valuable experience as a Project Coordinator for Disaster Risk Management at French Red Cross, Technical Advisor for Disaster Risk Management at the United Nations Development Programme, Delegate for Disaster Risk Management at French Red Cross, and Project Manager at Firefighter without Borders.
