Lucinda Seah has a proven track record in strategic planning, having previously worked as the Deputy Director of Strategic Planning at the National Arts Council and the Ministry of Information, Communications and the Arts Singapore.

Her experience extends to the cultural heritage sector, where she held roles such as Assistant Director of Programming at the Asian Civilizations Museum (National Heritage Board) and Assistant Director of the Arts and Heritage Division at the Ministry of Information, Communications and the Arts Singapore.
