Highlights
“Don't let the fear of losing be greater than the excitement of winning.” - Robert Kiyosaki
When making a big decision, I try to write down my fears vs. keeping them spinning in my head where they can become more and more overwhelming.
After listing them out, I find it easier to process each of them.
Oftentimes, some are completely irrational.
And others are almost always easily mitigated.
It’s always important to assess risks in major decisions, but don’t let those fears paralyze you from seeing the bigger picture of why you are seeking the change in the first place.

I had a breakthrough conversation with one of my clients on Monday.
They’re plenty capable, but they felt frustrated they weren’t progressing at work.
“I feel like everyone around me is getting promoted or new opportunities, but I’m always passed over.”
“Well have you asked for it?”
“Not really...but I know I can do it, why don’t they see it?”
The reality is, in life you can’t sit around waiting for someone to call on you.
You have to make it known that you want to get called.
And that you are worthy of being called!
What are you going to do to advocate for yourself today?
