Here's how I structure my work week:

𝗦𝘂𝗻 ↳ Weekly Review (2-4pm)

𝗠𝗼𝗻 ↳ Deep Work (4-9am) + Meetings (9am-4pm)

𝗧𝘂𝗲 / 𝗪𝗲𝗱 / 𝗧𝗵𝘂 ↳ Deep Work (4am-12pm) + Meetings (12-4pm)

𝗙𝗿𝗶 ↳ Content Production (4am-4pm)

𝗦𝗮𝘁 ↳ Rest

I've experimented with many schedules, and this one works best for me right now.

This doesn’t have to be your approach, but it might inspire you to find what works for you!

Referrals aren't a marketing strategy.

Sure, there are unicorns that rely on word-of-mouth (In-N-Out, Costco, Trader Joe's).

But for 99% of us, that’s not enough. My company included.

You need to advertise more. Not enough people know about what you sell.

The easiest way to get more sales?

Post free content.

Offer as much value as you can on social for your target market.

Then 10x it.

If you're not feeling uneasy about how much you're giving away for free, you're not giving enough.

Do this for 1-2 years and watch your sales grow.

After that, referrals are just a bonus. The leads pipeline will produce most of your leads.
