Lusine Stepanyan is an accomplished entrepreneur and international development specialist with a strong focus on female entrepreneurship, startups, social entrepreneurship, innovation, global partnerships, and impact investing.

Her educational background includes studies in Foreign Languages and Cultures, English, French, and Turkish at Russian-Armenian Slavonic University in Yerevan, Armenia. She pursued further education at James Buchanan High School in PA, USA and holds a Master's degree in International Development Policy with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Duke University. Additionally, she completed the Global Village for Future Leaders program in Business Administration and Management at Lehigh University.

Throughout her career, Lusine has been associated with prestigious organizations such as the United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF) in the Partnerships, Policy, and Communications department. She has also served as a Consultant at The World Bank, a GSE Fellow at Global Startup Ecosystem, a Duke Accelerator Program Fellow at Duke Innovation and Entrepreneurship Initiative, Director of Marketing at Duke Interdisciplinary Social Innovators (DISI), and a Graduate Teaching Assistant of Economics at Duke University.

In addition to her professional endeavors, Lusine has demonstrated her entrepreneurial spirit as the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Train - an Online Language School. She has also gained valuable experience through internships at the Armenian Assembly of America, Armenian-American Cultural Association, and as an English language tutor at ICLT - International Center of Languages and Training. Furthermore, she has contributed to the healthcare sector as an Administrative Assistant at European Medical Center STROKE.
