Cristal Glangchai, Ph.D., is the founder of VentureLab, a non-profit organization established in 2013 to inspire and equip K-12 students, particularly girls, with entrepreneurial and STEM skills. She is a scientist, entrepreneur, and mentor with a strong background in mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering, and technology. Her educational credentials include a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, a B.A. in Plan II, an M.S. in Biomedical Engineering, and a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.123

Dr. Glangchai is passionate about fostering creativity and innovation among youth. She authored the book VentureGirls and actively promotes entrepreneurial learning globally. Her work focuses on empowering children to develop problem-solving skills, creativity, and confidence through entrepreneurship education. Outside of her professional endeavors, she enjoys reading, practicing jiu-jitsu, and collecting unicorn-themed items.123
