So excited to share that today I’m starting a new position as an HR Business Partner at Snap Inc.!
I'm really excited to be taking part in the Disruptive HR Programme - a 10 week virtual HR training course, looking at the ways we can move beyond traditional (and often outdated!) HR practices and into a more agile, forward thinking and pragmatic HR space. Not only does the course give us practical knowledge and skills - but it also provides us with amazing resources and support as part of the Disruptive HR Club. As a bit of an HR nerd myself, I'm always looking at how we can be doing things differently as HR professionals, and geeking out on the Disruptive HR website has become my new favourite coffee time activity!
