Ma Andrea Díaz Gaitán is an architect with a master's degree in landscape design born in Santiago de Chile in October 1980.

She completed her studies in Medellín, Colombia, where she has gained most of her professional experience.

Her expertise spans across architecture, interior design, urban planning, and landscaping.

From 2007 to 2012, she led the Architecture and Landscaping Workshop at the Medellín Botanical Garden.

Throughout her career, Ma Gaitán has been involved in significant projects in Medellín, collaborating with renowned architects in both private and public sectors.

She has contributed to projects such as the Explore Park Museum, the Civic Center Plaza de la Libertad, the gardens of the Ruta N building (LEED certified), the renovation of the Medellín Botanical Garden, the Water Park, the Revitalization of Paseo Junín, and Bolívar Park (a heritage project), among others.

Currently, she is focused on managing and structuring comprehensive urban revitalization projects in strategic areas of the city.

Ma Gaitán coordinates participation processes, activates and improves the urban landscape, integrating physical and social aspects to ensure long-term sustainability.
