Highlights
I’ve been doing quite a bit of travel recently, which means I have gotten the pleasure to spend quality time with various colleagues and clients. With today’s pace and quantity of virtual meetings, it’s especially nice having face-to-face moments where we get to go beyond talking shop or achieving agenda outcomes, and instead talk more personally during shared meals, car rides, and coffee refills.
I always return with the reminder that it’s often these moments where trust and empathy (and in-turn, culture) are best built.
Jon Campbell and I had a great week working in Dubai, collaborating with colleagues from the region, Milan, and Brussels. It's always enlightening to explore new parts of the world and gain insights into the diverse work our EPAM Systems teams are accomplishing globally.
Thank you for the hospitality Victor Madueño, Stephan van Wijk, Jason Harman, Meurice du Plessis, (CSPO®), PSM I, and Mohammad Shehab, and so great seeing you Pietro Duchi and Leon Jacobs.
