Maddie Alpert McCarthy, MPH, is a full-spectrum doula, abortion organizer, and public health advocate based in Los Angeles, CA.

They hold a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Community Health Sciences from UCLA Fielding School of Public Health, specializing in Bixby Population and Reproductive Health with a Health Promotion/Health Education focus.

With a background in strategic program design, implementation, and project management spanning six years, Maddie also excels in training development, education, and coalition building.

Their expertise lies in adolescent and young adult health, as well as LGBTQ+ health, and they are known for their work in client-centered and trauma-informed care.
