Maggie McKinlay is a skilled Conflict Transformation and Organisational Development practitioner with extensive experience in working on complex social situations internationally.

With a background that includes seven years at the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies and recent independent consultancy work in over 14 countries, Maggie has a strong foundation in facilitating creative and transformational processes.
