Not only how to break into the Corporate field but successfully maintain career growth. Sharing my 29 yrs of climbing the ranks at AT&T to now leading the regulatory broadband charge at Astound Broadband.
Over the years in participating in these type of invitations; I have always been honored to share my successes & failures, trials & tribulations, experiences and real world nuggets of expectations.

This pic says it all. A Texas A&M Corps of Cadets Upperclassman preparing the Freshman Cadets for end of 1st semester culmination to earn the Corps insignia. Bootcamp type stuff. A leader in the mud, executing same repetitions soaking wet and eye-to-eye to inspire the Cadets to keep going and make it.
