Nevertheless, in both cases, we were able to gather feedback at early stages and double down on things that really mattered to customers 🎯.
You are not a product manager: We are a small team and operate very nimbly. When the PMs are not writing PRDs or problem solving, you will see us being relationship managers, customer service executives, growth managers and sometimes pranksters. Everyone here is a problem solver & business owner first.
