Recently I have been awarded again for my best one minute presentation. It's been like a routine for me nowadays. What is working for me? Here’s how I make the most of those 60 seconds:
𝟭. 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗧𝗮𝗴𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲: 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗯 𝗔𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 Begin your presentation with your business tagline. This not only captures attention but also instantly communicates what your business is about. A catchy, memorable tagline reflects the essence of your brand.
Example: “Hello, I am Manish Pandit, ‘Your Digital Hand’. I am here to streamline your online presence and drive your business forward.”
𝟮. 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲: 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗲 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 Your one-minute presentation should ideally be between 55 to 65 seconds. Write your script, rehearse it, and deliver it in your own natural language. The goal is to sound confident and conversational, not scripted. A well-practiced presentation will help you stay within time while sounding genuine.
Example: Rehearse your presentation several times to ensure you stay within the time limit and deliver your message smoothly.
𝟯. 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆: 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 People connect with stories, especially those that highlight success. Share a brief success story that demonstrates how your business has made a real impact. This builds credibility and personal connection with your audience.
Example: “Just last month, we helped a local startup increase their online sales by 50% in just four weeks through our targeted digital marketing strategy.”
𝟰. 𝗕𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗔𝘀𝗸𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗚𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀: 𝗙𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲 Clarity is key in a one-minute presentation. Clearly state what you can offer and what you’re seeking. Whether it’s new clients, partnerships, or spreading awareness, make your asks and gives straightforward.
Example: “We specialize in boosting your online visibility. If you know a business looking to grow, we’d love to connect and explore how we can help.”
𝟱. 𝗘𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗹-𝘁𝗼-𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 Wrap up with a clear and compelling call-to-action (CTA). This guides your audience on the next steps and ensures they remember you.
Example: “If you’re ready to take your digital presence to the next level, let’s chat after this meeting. I’d love to discuss how we can work together.”
𝗕𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘀 𝗧𝗶𝗽: 𝗦𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘆 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻: 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗟𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 Finally, don’t forget to smile! A friendly and approachable demeanor makes you look easy to connect with and leaves a positive impression. Smiling also helps you come across as more confident and engaging.

Instagram is more than just pretty pictures—it’s a powerful tool for personal branding and business growth. If you're serious about growing on Instagram, here are five essential settings you need to optimize:
𝟭. 𝗦𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝗮 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁 This is your first step. A professional account gives you access to insights, contact options, and promotions, all of which are crucial for understanding your audience and increasing your reach.
𝟮. 𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗕𝗶𝗼 Your bio is like your business card. Make sure it clearly states who you are, what you do, and how people can benefit from following you. Include a link to your website or a landing page to drive traffic.
𝟯. 𝗘𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗧𝘄𝗼-𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Protect your account from hackers by enabling two-factor authentication. Security should always come first, especially when your account starts gaining traction.
𝟰. 𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗻 𝗼𝗻 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 Stay on top of your engagement by turning on notifications. This allows you to respond quickly to comments and direct messages, helping you build a community.
𝟱. 𝗨𝘀𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘀 If you receive similar questions or comments frequently, save time by using Instagram’s “Saved Replies” feature. This allows you to maintain engagement without getting overwhelmed.
Set these up, and you’ll be on the right path to Instagram success!
