Here I share a blog post about a recent interaction with Google Bard where it mistakenly thinks Oracle is larger than Google.

I am passionate about technology and I think chat GPT is still way beyond anything else available for us in the consumer market.

Hi! This is a fun interaction I had with Bard today, where he acknowledged that he gave me bad information about google market cap and about Oracle market cap, several times. In the original conversation (I am still looking for it) I wanted to test Bard by asking him to make me a merger contract between Google and Oracle, and he decided to merge Google into Oracle. I asked him why would he structure the deal like that, given that Google is so much larger than Oracle by measuring market cap, and he said Oracle's market cap was $1.55 trillion or something insane like that.

I am looking for the original conversation, but I recorded this in a small video that I will publish soon in our office blog.

I personally do not think Bard is even close to chat GPT when it comes to accuracy of information and understanding, and that seems for some reason satisfying.

Enjoy :)
