A red letter day here in #australia as the senate has passed the amendments to the Corporations Act that require mandatory climate disclosures (that is, disclosure of the impacts of climate risk - as well as Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions) by Australian companies both private and public. One last step as it has to go back to the house for a couple of tweaks but that should be relatively straightforward of course.
