I hope everyone is well! Big and bittersweet (for me at least!) news to share…I’ve left Agilent after 21 years. I started as an intern in 1999 and from that moment Agilent has been a massive portion of and a constant in my life and I will forever be appreciative of the opportunities afforded me. I’ve been based out of 8 offices in 3 different countries, done a myriad of different roles across different functions, and have gotten to travel the world. All things growing up I didn’t even consider possibilities. I do leave Agilent proud of my contributions and I hope it has been a fair exchange. From my early days in Workplace Services, to Corporate Development working on M&A for many years, to then coming into the Services business 10 years ago and being part of the amazing growth story. It’s been a fantastic ride. It was a tremendously tough decision to leave and one I did not take lightly but I’ve wonderful opportunity to go do something very different (although familiar in many ways) with private equity involvement. I want to make this post about Agilent so will follow-up shortly on the new role. Of course everything I learnt at Agilent is what allowed me this next opportunity. To all my fabulous Agilent colleagues, it’s been a blast, and thank you for the great send-off and kind words. I’m looking forward to staying connected, for me it feels like I’ve left the family home. Thanks to Agilent for 21 fantastic years, a truly wonderful company I feel privileged to have been part of.
