Marcel Goos is a highly qualified professional with a Master of Science (M. Sc.) in Engineering and Business Administration, specializing in Production Technology and Operations Management, and a Bachelor of Science (B. Sc.) in Engineering and Business Administration with a specialization in Production Engineering from Leibniz Universit\u00e4t Hannover.
Marcel Goos currently serves as the Head of eBikes at TIER Mobility. Prior to this role, he was the Co-Founder of Good Life Content and held various positions at TIER Mobility, including Strategy Manager, City Manager for Lower Saxony and Hannover, as well as Operations Manager in D\u00fcsseldorf.
Marcel Goos has also gained valuable experience through internships at Lufthansa Technik in Lean Management and at manufacturing companies such as G\u00fcnter Sievers Maschinenbau GmbH and WiKu GmbH & Co. KG.
His diverse background also includes roles as a Ski Instructor at SC 111NN Braunschweig e.V. and as a System and Network Administrator at Kray Netzwerk Datentechnik Computer (KNDC).

Unfortunately my team (Darius Heibat and Didier van Hooren) and myself are affected by the current layoff at TIER Mobility which brings my 3 year journey to an end.
I am convinced that we can bring a lot of benefit to your company as a team. We scaled the eBike business from scratch to 60 cities in one year and tackling all problems that came with it (operational, mechanical, firmware, organizational, supplier side,…). Simultaneously we worked on the integration of the operations organization of nextbike into Tier. Darius Heibat was responsible for the Operations of Wolfsburg and Braunschweig with almost one million of annual revenue. He knows how to solve problems hands on and how to manage people with various backgrounds. He has the overview over complex topics and asks the right questions at the right time. He supported with the rollout of our eBikes and also with the integration of nextbike. He is with me since three years at Tier. His operational knowledge is top notch.
Didier van Hooren is a true entrepreneur with empathy and gets stuff done. No matter what challenge you present him, he will bring a solution on his own in crazy fast times while already handling many other problems. His ability to dig into data and deliver insights is fascinating.
