Prior to her time at Essendant, Marcela gained valuable experience at US Cellular, where she served as a Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst.

She also honed her skills as an Owner and President at Buenos Aires Forever, LTD, and in various compensation and benefits roles at WMS Gaming and Stony Brook University.
