Marcelo Rabinovich is a seasoned professional with a background in psychology and strategic marketing, specializing in commercial strategies and human capital development.

Currently, Marcelo leads the Leadership and Teamwork Program for National Directors at the Ministry of Production and serves as a Professor at IAE's Naves program, a Mentor at Endeavor Argentina, and a coordinator for the Entrepreneurs program at the Argentine-French Chamber.

Marcelo Rabinovich has a rich history of working with various well-known companies such as Coca Cola Femsa, Hertz, IRSA, and others, where he developed and implemented innovative commercial programs.

He is currently driving the 'Salesman of the Future' program for 3500 Arcor sales representatives nationwide, training supervisors and store managers in the DIA Supermarkets Group, and overseeing sales courses for Medtronic's distributors in Latin America.

With a strong educational foundation including a Master's in Strategic Marketing and a degree in Psychology, Marcelo leverages his expertise to transform commercial mindsets and enhance sales performance.

Marcelo Rabinovich's professional journey includes roles at prestigious organizations like Praxis Consulting, Retail Performance Latam, and as a columnist at Radio La Red's 'Medical Consultants' program.

His extensive experience extends to collaboration with major brands such as Philip Morris, Kodak, Citibank, and Bristol Myers Squibb, where he has implemented successful commercial strategies.

As a member of the Association of Tourism in Colonia and the Radio La Red team, Marcelo Rabinovich continues to make a significant impact in the fields of commercial psychology and human resources development.
