Marci Harris is an accomplished entrepreneur, lawyer, and former congressional staffer with a strong passion for citizen engagement.

She is the founder and CEO at POPVOX, Inc., a project aimed at amplifying and quantifying citizen engagement in government processes.

Marci has a diverse educational background with a cum laude diploma from Lausanne Collegiate School, LL.M. in Law and Government from American University Washington College of Law, J.D. in Law from The University of Memphis—Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, and a B.A. in International Relations from Franklin University Switzerland.

Her expertise lies in communicating with Congress, which she has honed through various roles such as a Political Science Lecturer at San Jose State University, Adjunct Professor at University of San Francisco, and as a former Legislative Counsel at the Office of Rep. Pete Stark.

Marci has also been actively involved in multiple prestigious organizations like People-Centered Internet, New America, Harvard Ash Center for Democratic Governance and Innovation, among others.

With her experience as a Tornado Recovery Coordinator at the City of Jackson, TN, and as a Program Manager at Tufts University, Marci Harris brings a unique blend of skills and insights to her current endeavors.
