Throughout his career, Marco has held diverse roles at renowned organizations like IKEA, where he explored design research, inclusive offerings, product development, and user experience. Additionally, he has contributed his expertise as a professor, chair professor, creative innovator, product designer, and entrepreneurship expert in multiple settings globally.

His professional background also includes positions at Scansion, Indiegogo, Intel Labs, Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), {Merry+}, Ludic, Studio Banana, Esrawe Studio, and 3M, showcasing a rich tapestry of experience spanning research, design, innovation, and leadership.
