She is the founder and president of the ATB Black Team Members Network, focusing on advancing the inclusion of black team members in the organization.

Margaret holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Thompson Rivers University and is a Canadian Certified Inclusion Professional (CCIP) from The Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion (CCDI).
