Margaret has held key roles in several organizations, including Regional Director for Asia/Pacific Middle East and Europe at American Red Cross, Country Representative for the Philippines at American Red Cross, and various consultant positions at organizations like The KonTerra Group, Independent Consulting, and IFRC.

Her past roles include Deputy Head of Delegation/Head of Technical Movement Coordination, Senior Regional Field Advisor, Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor, Director of Technical Assistance, Planning & Evaluation, and Manager of Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation within the International Services division of the American Red Cross.
