With a strong background in fintech law spanning over 25 years, Margo specializes in advising clients on regulatory compliance and enforcement matters related to digital financial services transactions, electronic signatures, and various digital asset classes utilizing cutting-edge technologies like distributed ledgers and blockchain.

Margo Tank is a recognized industry expert, acknowledged for her expertise by prestigious organizations like Chambers Fintech and Legal 500 Fintech.

Apart from her leadership roles and expertise in fintech law, Margo has authored several publications and co-authored multiple editions of The Law of Electronic Signatures and Records, a seminal guide on ESIGN and UETA laws.
