Mariana McNeill, also known as Mana, is a seasoned consultant, coach, trainer, and career counselor with a wealth of experience in guiding individuals and groups towards achieving professional leadership and personal success.

Through her business, LeadersLearn, established in 1999, she offers coaching services aimed at leadership development, goal setting, and goal achievement.

Prior to founding LeadersLearn, Mana worked with Inc. Magazine's Eagles program, coaching chief executives both individually and in group settings, which inspired her to delve into coaching as a full-time endeavor.

Additionally, she is a co-founder of The Career Catchers, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting disadvantaged individuals in the DC metro area with career advancement opportunities.

Her professional journey includes nine years of running M&R Associates, an independent consulting firm focusing on economic research and policy analysis, drawing from her extensive twelve-year tenure at The McGraw-Hill Companies, where she held various senior-level positions in market research, planning, and management.

Mana's academic background is solid, with a Master's degree in Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Georgetown University, as well as a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Seton Hall University.

She also practiced as a mental health counselor and has authored numerous research reports on topics like small business growth and economic development.
