Marilu Medina is an accomplished corporate attorney with over two decades of in-house counsel experience primarily with a Fortune 100 consumer packaged goods company, Procter & Gamble. Currently residing in Cincinnati, Ohio, Marilu plays a pivotal role in the organization’s Global Privacy, Cybersecurity, and Information Technology Law team. Marilu began her academic journey with a high school diploma from Academia San José, where she graduated with high honors. Eager to expand her knowledge in political science, she pursued her undergraduate studies at Brown University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. Subsequently, she furthered her legal education at Boston College Law School, obtaining her Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. This strong educational background laid the foundation for her successful legal career.

Marilu’s professional journey at Procter & Gamble is distinguished and multifaceted. She began her career as an associate before advancing to partner in the labor and employment department at O'Neill & Borges LLP, a prominent law firm in Puerto Rico. After transitioning to Procter & Gamble, she held several significant roles:
- Director and Assistant General Counsel for Global Privacy, Cybersecurity & IT Law, leading critical legal strategies.
- Senior Counsel for various domains, including Global Privacy, Cybersecurity, Labor & Employment, and the Puerto Ric0 Sales & Marketing Organization.
