The Philadelphia Fed is Asking for Your Input on Hiring Challenges Recent research from the Philadelphia Fed suggests that, owing to strong demand and shifting educational requirements, today’s labor market represents a true moment of opportunity for jobseekers without a four-year college degree. But employers continue to have difficulty filling open positions and struggle to retain workers as wages rise. The Philadelphia Fed wants to learn more about the hiring challenges employers in the region are facing and the strategies they are using to overcome them. To that end, we invite business owners and HR professionals in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware with experience in hiring lower-wage workers to join us for a webinar (April 20 from 10-11am) and participate in an interview about the hiring challenges they are facing. Registration for the event is available here: https://lnkd.in/dmG8889n And employers can express their interest in being interviewed for our study here: https://lnkd.in/dwEwqay8
