Mark Besonen is an accomplished professional who holds a master's degree in Public Policy Analysis from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota.

With a background spanning various policy and appropriations roles in Washington D.C. from 2017 to 2021, Mark now serves as an Executive Budget Officer for the State of Minnesota.
