I've been lucky enough to work in HR and consult to HR functions around the world over the past 20 years. I've met some amazing HR colleagues who on a day-to-day basis are contributing to the success of their organisations, not through simple HR service delivery but through innovative approaches to talent, how they partner with business leaders and promote the brand of the organisation. It excites me to talk to these colleagues to understand how they are going to continue to contribute as we explore how #HRidentity is changing and adapting to business need.

It's fascinating to see how across sectors we are seeing learning be transformed; not just because of the emergence of new technologies but changes in how people learn and the skills they require. Whether you be in health care, mining or retail, learning is transforming and a rapid pace.
