Mark Conway

Associate Program Officer, Climate Change at The Stanley Center for Peace and Security

Mark Conway is a highly educated individual with a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy (MALD) degree in International Relations and Affairs from Tufts University - The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in English with a concentration in American Literature from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

With a strong background in climate change policy, Mark has served as an Associate Program Officer at the Stanley Center for Peace and Security. Prior to this role, he held the position of Policy Program Associate at the same organization. Mark's experience also includes research and academic roles such as Research Assistant at The Fletcher School at Tufts University and Jules Zacher Summer Research Fellow at the Center for Ethics and the Rule of Law (CERL).

Mark Conway has also been actively involved in various support and recruitment capacities related to international law initiatives. He has worked at the American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative in different roles, ranging from Recruitment and International Support Associate to Intern. Additionally, Mark has volunteered at the U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants (USCRI) and has experience as an English Teacher, Staff Tutor, and Freelance Contractor.

In addition to his professional engagements, Mark Conway has demonstrated a commitment to education by serving as an English Teacher and Staff Tutor at the University of Illinois at Chicago Writing Center.
